Provides strategic insight for senior leadership team, and management team towards execution of plans Develops, implements, and directs the total project program on major project scopes. Demonstrate knowledge in the development of project baseline plans, milestone schedules, work breakdown structures and cost control plans per project. Innovate new project cost control/ analysis concepts utilizing demonstrated personal expertise and industry best practices in the functional area of project controls, planning, and scheduling. Maintains working knowledge on the functionality of Site Business processes /systems and provides expertise pertaining to continuous improvement. Responsible for providing technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, and coaching to Project Managers, Project Control Financial Analysts/ Planners & Schedulers.
